Tom's practice emphasizes the management of employment law claims and people issues in business. In one manner of another, he has acted as a strong leader in these activities for over forty years. Many Bay Area companies have used Tom as a legal advisor and strategic consultant; including a healthy percentage of Silicon Valley's high technology companies. Tom remembers when their HR systems were sticky notes. Tom and his wife Susan have lived in Pleasanton since returning to the SF Bay Area in 1998, and their 3 children are University/Graduate school age. Tom is a avid bay area cyclist ... and former windsurf instructor.
